I participated in the Short North fundraiser in January 2021. What is the difference between new products vs. the products in the fundraiser?
First off, thank you for participating in our fundraiser. With the momentum from the fundraiser, we dove head first into creating an official brand, High Street Collective. We’ve upped the quality of our garments and have invested in tools to offer the best experience to our customers. We want to keep this thing going! Our mission remains the same, to offer awesome products that show our love for the city of Columbus, OH and to be able to give back to our community to non-profit organizations that aid those in need.
How does High Street Collective give back?
With every product sold, we donate 10% of earnings to non-profit organizations in Columbus, OH. We are currently partnering with Short North Alliance and I Support the Girls organizations. For additional information, please visit Our Commitment page.
Can I get on your email list?
Totally! Our newsletter signup is located near the bottom of this webpage. Just click and enter your email address!
I'm unsure about a size. How can I get help?
Please email info@highstreetcollective.co with any questions regarding sizing. We will be happy to answer all sizing questions as well as provide a size chart for you.
I'm in love with something that's out of stock. Are you restocking it?
Once an item sells out, we cannot guarantee it will be restocked. We recommend that you subscribe to our email newsletter and follow us on Instagram @highstreet_collective to ensure that you are always informed when we drop new styles!
When will I receive my order?
We want you to get your new item(s) as soon as possible! You will be emailed shipping confirmation as well as a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
To cancel or modify your order please contact info@highstreetcollective.co. We will do our absolute best to assist you. If your order has been processed for shipment, we will no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
I received my order and want to return it or exchange it. How do I do that?

Have you received my return item(s)?
As soon as your return item(s) have been received and checked in, you will be issued a refund (or store credit) and sent a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, then your return has not yet been checked in.
How long will it take to see my refund on my credit card?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, High Street Collective is unable to ship outside of the continental U.S at this time.
How do gift cards work?
Gift cards are delivered via email and contain instructions to redeem. If the card is a gift, please enter the email address of the recipient at checkout. In order to reduce waste no physical gift card will be mailed. Gift cards have no additional processing fees and never expire. Please note that gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or applied to a previous purchase.
